PIL Board of Directors is composed of seven (7) members, which includes four Managing Directors of the shareholder companies and three (3) independent directors. The three independent directors who are appointed from the private sector in Malawi are highly reputable individuals with diverse expertise in law, finance and business. The Board has eclectic experience suitable for running such a company in charge of bringing a strategic commodity in the country.
